Historic Near Eastside — Cat Saturation in a 1908 Home
A homeowner in the Near Eastside Historical District called about a smell in the master bedroom that had been there for years. UV inspection through the carpet showed contamination that had soaked into the original pine subfloor — likely from cats owned by a previous family in the 1980s or '90s. We treated the carpet, then pulled the corner back to seal the wood directly. Single visit, smell gone for good.
